But none of that happens without the right people — and that’s where you come in.We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring process end-to-end — from the first conversation with a hiring manager to onboarding handoff and probation check-ins. This isn’t a “fill the role and move on” job. You’ll play a key role in improving how we attract, assess, and hire top talent — helping us grow the team that builds the future of our platform.Tasks to be solved : Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.Drive hiring for 3–4 high-bar technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of top-tier candidates and meeting agreed-upon deadlines.Work directly with hiring manager to align on role requirements.Apply creative sourcing strategies across relevant platforms and communities, always staying curious and proactive about new methods of talent discovery.Leverage recruitment data to improve conversion rates, improve processes and adjust sourcing strategy.Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal ATS to ensure data integrity and process visibility.Share regular, structured insights with hiring teams about market trends, candidate behavior, and interview effectiveness.The ideal candidate would : Already located in Limassol, Cyprus, or ready to relocate there;Have 4+ years of recruiting experience in product companies, covering a wide range of technical roles across Eastern Europe.Speak English with Fluent or Advanced proficiency and have the ability to communicate effectively with the team daily.Demonstrate exceptional sourcing skills and a proven ability to close top-tier talent quickly and reliably.Follow a proven data-driven approach to recruiting, with confidence in using metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.Be highly organized and able to manage several pipelines and priorities with structure and discipline.Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.The following would be to your advantage : Experience working in Game Development and a passion for gaming.Experience in recruiting for relocation to Cyprus.Experience hiring internationally.What we offer : The best team in the world!An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).A modern, sunny office close to the sea.Private health insurance for you and your family members.A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.Lunch compensation.A sports and fitness allowance.Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.).Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth.Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations.
