Title: Solution Architect

Location: Madrid, Spain

Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

Hiring Type: Freelance / B2B

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners and customers to identify development requirements and translate them into a prioritized development roadmap in collaboration with architects and development teams.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable, reliable, and robust solutions.
• Contribute to customer‑specific solution designs and documentation as part of the pre‑sales and proposal process.

Requirements

• Must‑Have Skills & Experience
  • Must have 7 to 12 Years relevant experience
  • Proven experience leading development teams, ensuring stable service delivery for end customers, and supporting customer‑specific solution designs.
  • Hands‑on experience with integration platform development, preferably Boomi Enterprise.
  • Solid knowledge of integration patterns (ETL, real‑time, event‑driven), integration security, quality assurance, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, including cloud‑based integration capabilities.
  • Good understanding of Telecommunications, eCommerce, and CRM/ERP solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to lead Agile development teams, define integration service vision and roadmap with architects, and engage with customers during both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases.
• Nice‑to‑Have
  • Prior experience in the Telecom (Telco) domain.
  • Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
