Our Legal team plays a strategic role within the company, ensuring that our operations align with the highest regulatory and ethical standards.

That’s why we’re looking for a Corporate Lawyer who combines strong legal knowledge with solid experience in personal data protection (including GDPR) and the management of complex contracts, to strengthen our team in Madrid. 🚀

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for data protection matters, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable local regulations.
• Draft and review commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners, with special focus on privacy, confidentiality, and data processing clauses.
• Assess legal risks in contracts and commercial operations, proposing solutions that balance legal compliance with business objectives.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard contract templates, promoting legal and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, product, technology, compliance), providing agile and business-oriented legal support in a tech-driven environment.

Requirements

• Law degree obtained from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate environments or law firms, with a focus on commercial contracts and personal data protection.
• Experience with contracts related to technology services or software (SaaS).
• Advanced knowledge of GDPR and Spanish regulations related to privacy and contracts.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Advanced level of legal English (both written and spoken).

Preferred

• Intermediate or higher level of Portuguese.
