Madrid (on-site)
This position is based in Madrid and requires full-time, on-site presence at our facilities. The role focuses on field-based sales activities, actively seeking and pursuing new opportunities to drive revenue growth for our commercial division.
Responsibilities include :
Participating in the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Focusing on field sales, engaging directly with clients to generate leads and opportunities.
Conducting at least 10 in-person sales visits weekly across Madrid, its surroundings, and other territories, with regular reporting.
Occasionally performing sales blitzes outside Madrid (e.g., Valencia, Málaga, Alicante).
Supporting the Deputy General Manager with sales and administrative tasks in Spain & Portugal.
Driving business development by implementing marketing and sales strategies independently.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through visits, events, and virtual meetings.
Monitoring industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategies and identify new opportunities.
Preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations and proposals.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Organizing participation in fairs, events, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.
Ability to analyze data and suggest improvements to optimize results.
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills focused on business impact.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
