Description
Responsible for executing all logistics activity for a given perimeter so CHEP provides a constant and efficient supply of equipment to its customers (Retailers and manufacturers) at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Plan and adjust flows and production schedules, managing daily stock levels, transfers, and deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage plant-level inventories, balancing plant capacities to optimize service and minimize costs without compromising customer satisfaction.
- Lead the execution of seasonal supply surges, including forecasting, communication, and exception management to meet demand.
- Support the creation, analysis, and delivery of planning reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor and manage stock transfers and new pallet deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Major/Key Accountabilities:
- Daily Management of order processing
- On Time Performance to Customersand transport quality tracking and monitoring
- Supports Central in execution related incidents
- Logistics Support for CHEP & External Managed Service Customers
- Dedicated fleets management. Route Management
- Contact with localcustomers and third party provider(Service Centres, D locations, PT Call Centre) to deliver CHEP orders
- Local level customer collaborationexecution
- Short term planning to resolveurgencies
Experience:
- Logistics execution expertise
- Supply Chain background an advantage
- Knowledge of CHEP, SAP and BlueYonder would be a plus.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Computer basics(Office, Email, Excel useful)
- Good numeracy
- Excellent communication skills (email, phone)
- Able to relate to customers, transporters, team members and other CHEP departments appropriately and switch easily between them.
- SAP and Transport Management systemdesirable
Languages:
- Essential: English/Spanish
- Desirable: Any other EU language skills(Dutch, French, Polish)
