Retail Senior Manager (Go to Market)

We are looking for a Senior GTM (Go To Market) to join our team, responsible for coordinating agencies and managing telephony implementations across multiple markets. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in telecom or retail environments, with Samsung POSM (Point of Sale Materials) experience preferred. Retail Senior Manager GTM (Go To Market)

What will be your challenges and responsibilities at Cheil? ¿What do we expect from you?

Lead and coordinate the workflow and delivery of telephony implementation projects, including POSM for Samsung, across multiple agencies and markets.

Act as the main point of contact for agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with GTM (Go To Market) strategies and project objectives.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources; anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions to ensure smooth execution.

Manage and optimize the use of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms to track progress, ensure transparency, and report to senior management.

Ensure all project guidelines, technical specifications, brand standards, and client requirements (especially Samsung POSM standards) are strictly followed.

Support the planning, production, and launch of POSM and telephony solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior coordinators and project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements :

Proven senior-level experience in project management or coordination, preferably in telecom, retail, or IT implementation projects.

Experience in Samsung POSM projects is valued.

Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.

Fluent English (B2 or higher) for international coordination; Spanish native or C2.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 - 15 : 00.
