What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Production & Logistics Improvement Consultant with solid experience in automotive environments. If you are a skilled professional with strong analytical capabilities, a hands‐on mindset, and you are ready to take on new operational challenges across different plants, we would love to meet you!

Location:

United Kingdom 70% and Germany 30%

Contract:

Freelance mission preferred (FMA)

Duration:

Initial 3 months, with a high probability of long-term extension due to the number of plants involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics and detailed analysis of production/shopfloor and logistics areas.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare clear reporting for critical situations.
• Draft, present, and align improvement plans with plant stakeholders.
• Deploy improvement plans and ensure proper follow‐up to secure execution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of operations and departments within a production company.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments.
• Experience in development and planning within the automotive sector.
• Availability to travel across multiple plants.
• Automotive background required (preferably production; consultancy experience is a plus).
• Language skills: English and German
