Role Overview:
As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager,you’ll act as a trusted advisor to advertisers new to the Google Ads platform. From initial account setup to campaign launch and early optimisation, you’ll guide clients through the onboarding process—building confidence and laying the foundation for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Client portfolio management: Oversee a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure a seamless activation and onboarding experience
  

Strategic consulting: Understand each client’s business objectives and recommend customised advertising strategies

Campaign delivery: Build, manage, and optimise data-driven PPC campaigns in line with industry best practices

Client enablement: Coach and support clients through calls, video meetings, and email to improve campaign performance

Growth identification: Recognise upsell opportunities by introducing advanced features and expansion solutions

Performance analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and continuously refine campaign strategies

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams to provide a consistent and high-quality onboarding journey

Platform expertise: Stay current with Google Ads updates, tools, and digital marketing trends to deliver expert guidance

Requirements:

• Language Skills:Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
  
• Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
  
• Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
