• Preparation of financial information: Prepare financial reports that allow the control and monitoring of operations: budget control and financial projections, performance analysis, analysis of profitability of investments, products and services. Monitoring of financial KPIs and monthly maintenance of the company's control dashboard.
  
• Financial Planning: Administration of the company's annual budget and long-term financial model. Preparation of projections, balance sheet, income statements and cash flows. Liquidity analysis and analysis of the company's indebtedness.
  
• Cash flow monitoring: Monitoring the company's cash flows to ensure that there is sufficient liquidity to meet short-term obligations, without neglecting long-term investment opportunities.
  
• Tax planning: Optimize tax strategies to minimize the tax burden without compromising regulatory compliance.
  
• Control of the company's investment strategy: Evaluation of the environment and the market, analysis of profitability and contribution margin, analysis of cash flows and financing needs.
  
• Risk Management: Analysis of investment opportunities, investment profitability and risks, portfolio investment diversification, exposure to financial risk (exchange rate, interest rate, etc.), financial stress scenarios and risk management policies.
  
• Report to the CFO

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  
• BSc in Economics / ADE (business) /
  
• Proficiency with MS Office
  
• 5-10 years’ experience in financial planning, controlling.
  

TALENT AND SKILLS

• Advanced level of English
  
• Must be autonomous and proactive
  
• Experience with complex financial models
  
• A well-rounded individual
  
• A highly self-motivated
  
• Capacity to work under pressure
  
• Proficiency in Office, especially Excel and Power point
  
• Valuable to have worked with Investment funds or companies controlled by investment funds
