Are you an experienced SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in Spanish Payroll? Our client, a leading IT consultancy in Spain, is looking for skilled professionals to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects while enjoying flexible working conditions and a collaborative work environment.

Role Overview

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering tailored HR and Payroll solutions for clients across various industries. You’ll work in a hybrid model, with the option to be based in Madrid, Barcelona, Albacete, Málaga, or Granada.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, optimize, and support SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on Spanish Payroll.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure system performance and compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM trends to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, including Spanish Payroll project exposure.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and local regulations.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or English.
• Must be already based in Spain.
