An important company in the Cosmetics sector is looking for a Supply Planner.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Supply the different production lines with the required components in quantity and time.
  
• Report to planners any changes in delivery plans that may affect the program to modify it in time, delaying/forwarding the planned orders.
  
• The MRP controller ensures compliance and optimization of the assembly program through the daily management of material deliveries with the supplier and the active communication and flow of information across the teams involved in assembly planning.
  
• It must ensure proper inventory management to optimize resources.
  
• Ensure the supply of materials according to the assembly planning program. To this end, material orders, as well as delivery date advances and delays, must be managed.
  
• Manage material sourcing on a cross-functional basis to ensure compliance with the assembly schedule and consequently meet customer service levels.
  
• Measure the level of service offered by the supplier, through the KPI "On Time In Full".
  
• Actively contribute to the implementation and maintenance of inventory strategies through regular review and optimization of parameters (e.g., safety inventory, ABC categorization, etc.). The main objective is to keep the inventory level aligned with the department's objectives. Also, optimally manage slow-moving inventory to reduce the level of inventory obsolescence.
  
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the purchasing master data in the system.
  
• Be responsible for the assigned lead task and perform all actions arising from it.
  
• Perform the administrative tasks derived from the job position, for example: Manage the creation of new codes in the system. Create orders for tooling expenses derived from the creation of new references. Resolve incidents related to discrepancies in supplier invoices. xcskxlj Manage returns and replacement of material rejected by the quality department.

• Bachelor or master's degree
  
• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Experience of using MRP planning system, SAP valuable
