As a Workday Functional Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Workday Product Owner and international colleagues to manage enhancements, roll out new functionalities, and optimise existing modules. You’ll also collaborate with an implementation partner and act as a key Workday contact for Spain, ensuring smooth communication between local stakeholders and the wider global HRIS team.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to €65,000, plus benefits and a hybrid working model.

Requirements:

• Strong functional and configuration experience in Workday
• Background in Workday HCM Core, Time Tracking, Absence, or Reporting is desirable, though experience in other modules will also be valued
• Knowledge of Workday Security would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; comfortable working both autonomously and within a global team
• Based in Madrid, available for a hybrid work arrangement (approximately four days in the office)
• Fluency in English required
