• Troubleshoot issues and support incident resolution.
• Automate routine tasks and optimize system performance.
• Document procedures and provide regular system reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on upgrades and projects.

Qualifications and requirements

• Years\' experience: minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Brocade SAN switches administrator
• Commvault Backup administrator
