Responsibilities

• Sell Food Ingredients to the Food Industry and source from suppliers.
• Expand business with existing customers, identify and explore new markets in Spain.
• Knowledge of industrial food customers and technical/commercial knowledge of cereals and grains.
• Customer & supplier relationship management and portfolio management.
• Conduct in-depth market analyses, assess competitive landscapes and identify new opportunities.
• Act as Product Manager for product ranges and/or suppliers, take responsibility for relationship and purchases.
• Negotiation with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology/Food Chemistry.
• 5+ years sales experience in food ingredient or not FMCG products.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of cereals and grains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• High willingness to travel and very organized, reliable, positive thinking.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license.

Location & Travel

Sales area Madrid (centre part of Spain). Office based Madrid preferably or Barcelona. 6 days home office possible. High willingness to travel.
