Senior Identity Management Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled senior engineer to join our identity and access security team.

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing IAM infrastructure for Unisys internal use. As an IAM senior engineer, you will be responsible for the following :

Designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions using industry-leading technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Delenia PAM, and SecureAuth IDP.

Configuring and maintaining identity lifecycle management and SSO integration with Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra ID, O365, Workday HCM, and other enterprise applications.

Automating IAM processes using scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and shell scripting to improve efficiency.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex IAM issues.

Implementing security best practices and compliance standards such as NIST and PCI DSS.

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure secure certificate issuance and revocation.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) engineering and administration within a professional environment.

Proficient in technologies such as SSO, federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect.

Good understanding of MS Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), or other identity management tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt.

Strong hands-on experience designing and configuring identity provisioning and SSO using industry standards.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and shell scripting.

Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
