You’ll shape user understanding, define interaction patterns, and deliver well-structured, evidence-based designs that scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and conduct end-to-end user research : generative, evaluative, field, and rapid testing in fast-moving environments.
- Translate insights into actionable frameworks, journey maps, and experience principles.
- Design and prototype user flows, interactions, and systems that work seamlessly across contexts and devices.
- Create low- to mid-fidelity prototypes to explore, test, and communicate design ideas quickly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into product direction, strategy, and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions that drive alignment and uncover hidden needs.
- Communicate research and design rationale clearly to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Balance rigor and speed, maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in UX design, service design, or design research for complex digital products.Proven experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research.Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills; comfortable designing across end-to-end journeys.Solid prototyping ability, enough to explore, validate, and communicate design ideas effectively.Proven ability to move from abstract problem spaces to tangible, testable concepts.Excellent storytelling and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.Curious, critical, and creative mindset : grounded in user needs but eager to explore new approaches.Bonus
Experience in scenario planning, speculative, or future vision design.Background in service design, ethnography, or human factors research.Ability to visualize complex systems, data, and behavioral patterns.Experience creating immersive narratives, prototypes, or concept videos.Passion for connecting human insight with technology and cultural change.Hiring Journey
