We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Real Estate Professional to join our team in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife.
As a successful Realtor, your primary responsibilities will include :
- Identifying and acquiring new clients and properties through proactive networking and market research.
- Negotiating prices and terms on behalf of both buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinating property viewings and providing exceptional client support throughout the transaction process.
- Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract high-end properties and clients.
- Maintaining a loyal and expanding client base through excellent communication and service delivery.

To be considered for this position, you must have :
Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (C1 level).A passion for the luxury real estate industry and a drive to succeed.Strong organizational, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.A strong desire to expand your knowledge and expertise in the luxury real estate market.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
