Solution Architect Professional

This role involves working with larger, more complex clients to provide presales solution architecture services.

Main Responsibilities :

Provide detailed client business process and software application analysis to assist with RFP and RFI processes.

Lead or support architectural reviews and propose solutions using portfolio offerings.

Analyze client requirements and design solutions that integrate into their environment.

Apply client understanding to propose new products and services.

Collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs and enhance product features.

Evaluate proposed solutions and costs to determine effective delivery methods.

Develop cost / benefit analysis and determine associated risks.

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Strong English language skills; German would be beneficial.

8-10 years of experience in End User Managed Services or Digital Workplace Services.

Good understanding of competitive landscape and products / services.

Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in pre-sales solution design, proposal development, and presentation skills.
