At Copernicus, we are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support our development functions. The main responsibilities include :

  • Valuation of real estate assets across various types (land, residential, offices, premises, warehouses, etc.).
  • Analysis of market value, expected rental value, and market liquidity assumptions.
  • Supporting the head of valuations in investor relations, including defining valuation strategies, scope, and deadlines using various methods.
  • Implementing processes and procedures to improve departmental operations.

Requirements :

  • Interest in Valuations
  • Knowledge of valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Desirable : Disability Certificate +33%

    • Academic background and languages :
