Senior Front-End Development Team Lead

Leading a team of developers and consultants, the Manager, Engineering will own the technical roadmap, architecture, and end-to-end delivery for our entire experimentation program. This role requires expertise in A / B Testing tools such as Optimizely / StatSig / Adobe Target and proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in front-end development & web architecture and be able to architect and implement scalable and reusable experimentation solutions. They will also partner with Product and Marketing leaders to translate their strategies into high-quality A / B tests.

This is an opportunity to serve as our lead developer and subject matter expert while leading a small team of developers and consultants.
