Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer with a startup mindset to develop cutting-edge liquid crystal optical components for near-eye displays. You will participate in all phases of product development from planning, through design to manufacturing. The main objective is to lead an R&D line to deliver a sub-component for the final product.

What you will do

• Design liquid crystal optical elements with desired specifications
• Simulate optical performance of liquid crystal optical elements
• Experimentally develop and test liquid crystal optical elements
• Work closely with the internal Manufacturing Team and external Industry Partners
• Work closely with the Intellectual Property Team
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities and research centers
