We’re looking for a proactive and experienced New Development Sales Agent to represent Engel & Völkers Developments at Azurean Marbella. This role is based full-time at the on-site sales office and serves as the face of the project, managing all client interactions and sales activity directly from the development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the on-site representative for Engel & Völkers and Azurean Marbella.
- Handle all sales enquiries, viewings, and negotiations related to the project.
- Provide weekly reporting on client activity, leads, and conversion updates.
- Maintain close communication with the Development Manager and the internal marketing team.
- Ensure the presentation and overall client experience at the sales office reflect E&V premium standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and developer partners.
- Manage CRM entries and follow-up activities with precision and consistency.
- Contribute to on-site marketing, digital content creation, and social media activity related to the project.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 1 year of off-plan or new development sales experienceStrong understanding of the construction process and development timelines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; naturally confident with clients.Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages highly valued).Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently.Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Social media proficiency and confidence in creating short, high-quality video content or posts from the site.Ideal Profile :
