Content Optimization Expert

As a Junior Production Specialist, you'll be working on optimizing content management solutions to increase efficiency and speed in creating, managing, localizing, and publishing multilingual content.

About the Role :

• You will develop and maintain conversion project calendars to ensure seamless execution
• Advise on resource constraints and calendar conflicts to prevent delays
• Select and operate conversion scripts for input content to achieve high-quality output
• Verify converted content correctness to maintain data accuracy
• Ensure complete and non-duplicate received content is processed efficiently
• Report content import errors and pinpoint source errors to resolve issues promptly
• Prepare pseudo-translation of source-language content to facilitate review and feedback
• Generate output and prepare certification-status reports to track progress
• Assist the customer support team with issue reviews and responses to provide excellent service

Requirements :

Bonus Points : experience with tech discussions about content, including XML jargon, and attention to detail in reviewing content for accurate conversion.
