Overview

The Opportunity :

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic acquisitions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Originate, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including private equity firms, investment banks, and other industry players.
  • Conduct financial due diligence, build financial models, and support negotiations.
  • Drive the acquisition of 5-10 businesses annually, exceeding budgeted targets.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in M&A (investment banking, corporate development, or private equity).
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong academic background and fluency in Spanish.
