What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to work on a real-time event processing platform for our client, a leader in the banking sector.

Location : Málaga. Hybrid model : 3 days at the client’s office, 2 remote.

We require you to have a passport from an EU country and be willing to relocate to Malaga, Spain.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide an event framework with architecture based on Kafka and Kafka Streams to process streaming data, enabling the bank to have a real-time view and activate automated processes as necessary.
• Application and component development.
• Service development and deployment.
• Unit testing.
• Debugging and error correction.
• Continuous improvement.

Mandatory skills

Desirable requirements

Experience in development with React, Python, OpenTelemetry, ElasticSearch

Public Clouds / AWS and Azure

Security standards for implementing authentication and authorisation mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
