Trainer Operations Manager

We’re growing fast and are looking for a talented professional based in Madrid to help lead our trainer operations.

From our Madrid office, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain goFLUENT’s high standards and ensure high-quality lesson delivery for a global trainer network.

Your Role Trainer Operations Manager – responsible for the performance and engagement of a large team of online language trainers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities Directly manage a team of approximately 60 online language trainers.

Monitor and improve the performance of each trainer to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Track and ensure compliance with internal KPIs and standards.

Analyze data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.

Lead trainer recruitment as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.

Oversee day-to-day HR-related matters for your trainer team.

Collaborate with other internal teams across departments and time zones.

Be the central point of communication between the company and the trainers.

Your Key Characteristics At least 3 years of proven experience in a direct managerial or supervisory role.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and confident decision-making.

Comfortable adapting to fast-changing processes and priorities.

Bonus points for experience in education, corporate training, or remote team leadership.

Experience working with multicultural teams is another strong plus.
