We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to take an important role in optimising financial processes across multiple international sites, including those in France, UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Finland. Tracking performance metrics, analysing data, utilising Business Intelligence tools to identify improvements and drive efficiency and enhance business results.

Role & responsibilities
As a key member of the Control team, this role will provide insight into the business performance of our international sites that will make an impact, support the business and utilise business intelligence tools to drive sales, increase visitor numbers and drive efficiencies and productivity.
- Analyse financial results of international sites, identify and communicate trends, variances, and areas for improvement to senior management on a timely basis.
- Perform research and analysis as required by international teams and senior management.
- Contribute to the budgeting processes, collaborating with local teams to develop accurate and realistic financial budgets and forecasts.
- Utilise advanced skills in Excel and other BI tools to extract, analyze, and present data for decision-making purposes.
- Develop an understanding and provide explanations of the key business drivers affecting international operations.
- Build strong relationships with international teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing and management, to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and control functions within multinational corporations, minimum 2 years of experience.Exhibit a high level of proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent), with a good command of either equivalent level in French or German.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other BI tools.Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills.Team player and able to work collaboratively across borders and in different languages.Availability to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.Aspro Group are an equal opportunity employer.
