Junior Inside Sales - M / F / D

We work closely with industry leaders to identify and attract top talent across Europe. For one of our key clients—an established multinational distributor in the plastics sector—we are currently recruiting a Junior Inside Sales Representative based in Valencia.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic commercial team. This is a great opportunity for a young professional with strong communication skills and a passion for B2B sales and international trade.

The position will involve managing a portfolio of clients, supporting the sales team, and collaborating closely with logistics and customer service. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to build a long-term career in commercial roles.

Support the external sales team with offers, customer follow-ups, and commercial documentation.

Communicate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with reporting, data entry, and CRM updates.

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field.

Some experience (internship or 1–2 years) in sales support, inside sales, trading, or customer service.

Fluent English is mandatory. Other languages (Spanish, French, German) are an asset.

Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Interest in the plastics or industrial distribution sectors is a plus.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Full-time, permanent position with international exposure.

Based in Valencia, with 1 day remote work per week after the initial training period.
