We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web & Design Project Manager to join our growing digital agency. This person will help us build beautiful websites and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects for our clients! If you are passionate about keeping large projects organized, creative problem solving, and building long-term relationships with team members and clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

Who You Are

  • An ambitious and extremely organized project manager who is passionate about delivering complex web design and development, branding, and marketing projects.
  • Extremely attentive to deadlines, processes, and details.
  • Have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients.
  • A proactive problem solver who isn’t afraid to dive in and get your hands dirty to accomplish the task at hand.
  • Able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting expectations and client goals.
  • Have experience managing work inside of advanced project management software like ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.
  • Have at least 3 years of project management experience in an agency setting delivering branding and / or website projects.
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (with preference for additional PMP certification).

What You'll Do

  • Manage the successful delivery of work for a small book of high-value accounts from the moment we kick off each project.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients and team members across Europe and the U.S. in real-time via Slack and Email.
  • Process and delegate deliverables and tasks to branding, UX / UI design, web development, marketing, and copywriting teams.
  • Create easily digestible, organized project plans and trackers, then keep them updated on a rolling basis.
  • Deliver all work on time — or work with clients and internal team members to negotiate new deadlines.
  • Source client inputs, feedback, and approvals on branding and website deliverables.
  • Prepare our team for client meetings and take detailed notes during internal and client syncs.
  • QA all deliverables to ensure adherence to client objectives and inputs.
  • Build trust and buy-in from client contacts while inspiring and leading internal teams to do their best work and drive results.
