As a Technical Product Manager at Xebia, you will lead the migration of standalone applications consisting of complex computational workloads onto Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the High‑Performance Computing (HPC) environment for our pharmaceutical clients. This strategic and tactical role blends deep technical expertise with product management skills to drive complex migration projects from conception to successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive migration roadmap that outlines stages, dependencies, and release schedules for standalone applications
• You will serve as the critical bridge between technical implementation teams, business stakeholders, and scientific community end users, ensuring that scientific computing workloads maintain integrity and performance while aligning with business priorities.
• Support architectural design and technical planning efforts, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical needs
• Understand and document specific HPC workload requirements during migration planning
• Collaborate with engineers to develop migration strategies that maintain HPC performance benchmarks
• Ensure HPC applications maintain required computational performance when migrated to cloud infrastructure
• Balance performance needs with cloud cost optimization for compute‑intensive applications
