WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or functional role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience working with digital touchpoints (web, mobile, CRM, or omnichannel systems).
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements .Conduct end-to-end analysis of existing processes, systems, and digital customer touchpoints to identify improvements.Use analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.Create comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and proposed solutions .Communicate insights and findings clearly to technical teams, business leaders, and non-technical audiences.Work with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and validate digital solutions .Provide expert input on feasibility, risks, and benefits of proposed initiatives.Support project planning by helping define scope, objectives, and success criteria.Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery .Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to innovation efforts.Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
