Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team focused on the DACH market
Own and exceed both individual and team targets, demonstrating strong leadership skills
Drive net-new revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and commercial segments
Use data to refine strategy, forecast accurately, and optimize the sales pipeline
Create a culture of performance, feedback, and continuous learning within the team
Requirements and Qualifications :
Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity, fast-growth setting
Experience leading and coaching sales teams, with a proven ability to motivate others while crushing your own targets
Strong understanding of the DACH market and fluency in both German and English
Highly skilled in outbound sales and comfortable owning complex deals from prospecting to close
