Engagement leader / delivery project manager conversational ai

About the RoleWe are seeking an Engagement Leader / Delivery Project Manager to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, leading the delivery of Conversational AI and Contact Center technology projects. You will leverage your strong technical background and project management expertise to ensure successful project outcomes, while building long-term client relationships.This is a customer-facing role with regular travel (approx. 50%) to client sites across Spain and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of AI and contact center technology projects.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.Collaborate with clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements.Develop and maintain project deliverables (plans, schedules, risk assessments, reports).Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and technology partners.Present project outcomes to stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights.Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client executives.Requirements8+ years of experience in project / program management, account management, or professional services.Proven experience leading technology delivery projects (ideally contact center, AI, analytics, or customer engagement).Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum or equivalent).Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent presentation and communication skills.Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, analytics, IVR, voice systems.Fluent in English (C1 level or above); Spanish is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.Nice to HaveExperience with Conversational AI, Speech Analytics, Agent Assist, or Contact Center platforms.Previous experience in consultancy or system integrators delivering AI / Voice solutions.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions.Dynamic and international environment.Professional development and certification support.Competitive salary package + travel allowance.
