  • NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.The overall objective of this assignment is to : - strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
  • contribute to reducinginter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
  • improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
  • inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.Key Expert : IT Expert (Cat. I or II)Qualifications and Skills : - Degree in computer science / IT / math / statistics OR equivalent training + experience.- Expertise in IT infrastructure (hardware / software), communications (satellite, GPS, VHF / HF), website management, and CMS.- Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C2).General Experience : - Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat.
