Tripledot Games is a leading developer and publisher of casual and puzzle games, with a strong presence in London, Warsaw and Barcelona. The studio is responsible for multiple top 10 titles including Woodoku, Woodoku Blast, Solitaire and TripleTile. Our best-in-class data-driven approach spans the entire lifecycle from publishing to machine learning puzzle levels, helping us make fast, smart decisions at every stage of development. We are also one of the largest IAA operators worldwide. Tripledot Games is a diverse and collaborative studio, home to people from over 36 nationalities. Role Overview

As a Senior Game Designer, you will be the driving force behind the systems and economy for multiple puzzle games. This includes designing player-facing systems like matchmaking, multiplayer design and adjustable difficulty, as well as building the game\'s economy. This pivotal role requires a passion for system design and a strong, data-driven approach to creating engaging player experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and refine ideas to build new and original gameplay for our puzzle games, for both new titles and live games.
• Design and build core gameplay systems to create a customizable user experience based on the player’s profile and behaviour that maximises engagement.
• Design the game economy to support a variety of sinks and sources for different resources based on the diverse players’ behaviour profiles.
• Model the economy and progression using spreadsheets.
• Evaluate the performance of systems and economy through in-depth analysis of players’ behaviour and market data.
• Collaborate with product and level design teams to ensure all systems are aligned with business goals and support diverse, fun gameplay.
• Work closely with developers to implement systems and create necessary tools.
