We continue to grow as a brand, and for that reason, we are expanding our teams. We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of International Franchise Sales Manager. As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities :
Support franchisees by understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with the brand.
Assist in the training and support of new franchisees to maintain company standards.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
Commercial and communication skills. An individual with organizational and analytical skills.
Academic training in fashion business management (valuable).
Academic training in MBA (valuable).
Knowledge of SAP (valuable).
High level of English and German. You will be part of a leading company in the women's clothing sector.
