Descripción del trabajoMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. 4+ years delivering ML or data-driven software projects; 2+ years managing engineering projects. Hands-on familiarity with Python, git, Docker, and agile methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Experience with LLM, NLP, or generative AI projects is highly desirable. Competitive salary with signing and retention bonuses. Relocation support if needed. What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of ML and LLM projects : planning, execution, and delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
- Manage project progress, resource allocation, risks, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Champion best practices for scalable AI solutions and foster a culture of collaboration.
- Communicate project status clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
