Senior Operations Manager (Sur de Madrid)

We are looking for the best SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER willing to participate in the growth of an important e-commerce Logistics Operations Centre of one of our top customers in the south of Madrid.

Mission :

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the mission of the position is to manage the logistics centre, organizing and supervising the different operational and management areas by leading the teams of this operation.

Responsibilities :

• Managing the operations team, creating a people-centred culture.
• Ensure compliance with the quality of service and coordination of the management of the teams.
• You will be the main point of daily communication with the client in order to meet their needs and requirements.
• Development of the teams of Managers in charge, as well as ensuring the correct leadership of all team members.
• Management of the productive activities of the work centre.
• Supervision and optimization of logistics processes, including returns and product reconditioning.
• Maintaining customer relations, satisfying their needs and responding to any possible incidents that may arise.
• Establish a continuous improvement plan and lean culture.
• Monitoring KPI (safety, quality, productivity, etc).
• Planning of campaigns and resources based on the client's needs.
