We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of Madrid’s most elegant all-day dining destinations, set within a brand new five-star hotel. This is a fully operational role – we’re after a visible, floor-based leader who sets the tone from service to service, breakfast through to nightcap. You’ll manage a high-performing team, uphold impeccable standards, and create a seamless experience that reflects the luxury of its surroundings. We’re looking for someone who has : Experience managing restaurant / s within luxury 5-star hotels A floor-first approach and visible leadership style Strong presence across all day-parts : breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service Excellent guest interaction and service recovery skills The ability to lead and develop a team with clarity and consistency Full fluency in Spanish and English High attention to detail, from table settings to team standards You’ll work closely with the F&B leadership team and be the heartbeat of this refined, fast-paced operation.
