Job Overview We are seeking a Car Sales Representative to join our team in a Fleet Remarketing Specialist to Remarketing Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling used vehicles, with a strong understanding of the new and used car markets.
Main Responsibilities Risk fleet sales by identifying potential customers and negotiating deals that meet business objectives.
Search for new opportunities in the used car market, including collaborations with manufacturers, leasing companies, and rental car firms.
Average sales terms that subsequently materialize into successful transactions.
Manage and develop a customer base across multiple countries, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
Execute used car sales, including sending offers, conducting damage appraisals, and invoicing efficiently.
Handle complaints effectively, providing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Closely collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals, leveraging collective expertise and experience.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales and profit targets, contributing to the company's overall success.

Requirements Educational Background : A degree in Business Administration or similar field is preferred.
Professional Experience : 4-7 years of experience in the used cars market, manufacturing, leasing, or dealership industries is essential.

Prior experience in multinational environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with additional language skills in French a plus.
An excellent grasp of the new and used car markets, including trends, sales channels, and segmentation.
The ability to quickly identify concerns and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in office software, particularly Excel.
