Your Impact as a Senior Developer

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you’ll l ead the design and delivery of complex solutions for our global platform. You will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable solutions, translating high-level objectives into well-defined tasks. Your technical leadership and strategic perspective will directly influence product decisions, engineering practices, and overall business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable solutions across backend and frontend.
• Build and maintain robust backend services with NestJS, optimizing PostgreSQL for high-volume data processing.
• Develop dynamic, responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integrations with partners and providers.
• Monitor, optimize, and ensure system performance and reliability using caching, automated testing, and clean architecture.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of quality, learning, and constructive conflict resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact fullstack solutions.
• Apply business-focused thinking and data-driven decision-making to align technology efforts with company goals.
