To achieve this, you will need :

8+ years of experience in service design, UX, experience strategy or related fields.
A strong background in user research, prototyping and usability testing.
Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, Jira and Confluence.
Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have :

Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury Brand sectors.

A background in B2B, B2C or omnichannel service environments.

In this role, you will :

Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.

Create customer journey maps, service blueprints and experience frameworks.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and pain points.

Translate insights into strategic opportunities and service improvements.

Collaborate with product, tech, marketing and business teams to align design with goals.
