Senior Data Operations Specialist

The Clinical Data Manager is a pivotal role within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, ensure data governance, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance : Create and maintain data products and sharing terms, verify user access to datasets in accordance with legal requirements, and support the development and auditing of data quality and compliance frameworks.
• Data Onboarding and Maintenance : Attend vendor meetings, initiate and facilitate data onboarding processes, update database information as contracts evolve, manage quality control issues during data ingestion, and coordinate dataset redelivery and metadata updates.

To excel in this position, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, plus 3 years of experience managing large-scale healthcare data assets with expertise in governance and compliance. Strong communication and decision-making skills, project coordination abilities, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with Jira and quality control programming are also essential.
