HR Business Partners play a vital role in driving business success by providing expert support to senior leaders and teams.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be the nucleus of our office, serving as the go-to person for all People and Admin needs.
They will work closely with headquarters, Regional GM, and Regional team leaders to achieve overall employee satisfaction and ensure the regional office runs smoothly.
Global recruiting efforts will be their primary focus, managing the entire recruitment cycle from job application to evaluating candidates for a possible match.
Additionally, they will support HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff activities.
They will also work closely with the Global People Operations Team to align company values and culture.
Furthermore, the HR administration function will offer high-quality service to employees while continually improving accuracy and processes.
Requirements
A bachelor''s degree or above, preferably in HR or a related field.
Generalist experience, at least 5 years of tech recruitment and employee relationship experience in a multinational company.
A good understanding of European Employment Law and Best Practices is essential.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills are required.
Experience working in a global team environment, adapting to different working cultures.
Proactive, result-driven, and customer-oriented traits are necessary for this role.
