AI Solutions Developer (IDP / UiPath)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• At least 3 years of practical experience with UiPath , including creating integration processes with different technologies.
• Experience in AI-driven solutions , preferably in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) .
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as file classification and data extraction.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated document processing workflows , including categorization, tagging, and data extraction.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to translate project requirements into effective automation strategies.
• Strong skills in monitoring, evaluating, and improving AI model performance and prompting techniques in production environments.
• Ability to document processes, prompts, and best practices for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Awareness of the latest advancements in prompting engineering, NLP, and intelligent data processing technologies .
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
