Responsibilities

• Co-own the vision of the assigned design areas together with the lead designer.
• Direct and supervise prototyping and documentation of new systems.
• Propose new gameplay mechanics and features aiming to enhance the game experience from players’ perspective.
• Partner with engineers and artists to ensure quality of implementation and hitting deadlines.
• Manage tasks allocation, development, support and mentorship for the Game Designers working on your design areas.
• Use data sources (community feedback, tracking data, playtests, etc.) to ensure continuous optimization of features and opportunities detection.
• Foster data usage best-practices in teammates and identify process inefficiencies with solutions.
