About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT / DC and Data Backbone Engineer to join our team in driving the next generation of space systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining IT, Network, Datacenter, and virtualization requirements for multi-orbit satellite Ground Segments.

You will develop high-level software architectures for IT, Network, and Datacenter, establish implementation and test plans for proposed subsystems, and monitor subcontractors\' activities related to design, requirements compliance, development, and validation of subsystems.

Your expertise in switch configuration, network configuration, and virtualization environment management will be crucial in supporting higher-level integration of subcontractor subsystems into the system.

Key Responsibilities Define IT, Network, Datacenter, and virtualization requirements for multi-orbit satellite Ground Segments.

Develop high-level software architectures for IT, Network, and Datacenter.

Establish implementation and test plans for proposed subsystems.

Monitor subcontractors\' activities related to design, requirements compliance, development, and validation of subsystems.

Support higher-level integration of subcontractor subsystems into the system.

Requirements Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in telecom industry infrastructure expertise, particularly in hardware and network infrastructure.

Expertise in switch configuration, network configuration, and virtualization environment management.

Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms.

Proven experience in managing technology projects.

Understanding of satellite communications.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an asset.
