Responsibilities

  • Understand company business objectives and translate them into a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap with measurable initiatives.
  • Embrace a problem-solving culture, focusing on market / customer problem discovery and solution validation before implementation.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers and Data Analysts to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize features to ensure maximum value aligned with product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of validated features for engineering teams.
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, serving as the primary contact for related queries.
  • Keep up with Agile / Scrum best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing a software solution as a Product Manager.
  • Previous experience working within an Agile team.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Web technologies, Databases, and related IT concepts.
  • Effective communication skills with engineering and business teams.

  • Experience managing B2B SaaS products.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • IT background.
