We are seeking a dedicated Cost Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and sustainability across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project leaders and engineering teams to identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Analyze industry benchmarks and client standards to optimize design and reduce costs.
• Facilitate workshops to enhance process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop multi-disciplinary proposals to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Improve communication among team members and break down silos.
• Provide recommendations for corporate specifications and standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have advanced industry expertise, 10-15 years of experience, and knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment.

They should also be able to work effectively in international cultures and possess international experience.

English language skills are required.
