, we help our clients buy, sell, renovate, decorate, and rent properties in Valencia and Madrid. We offer end-to-end property solutions—from real estate purchases to lettings, property management, and property renovation services.
As our inbound lead flow grows, we’re looking for a
smart, proactive, and people-oriented Account Executive
to
turn interest into action —and help us convert more
buyer
and
seller
leads into signed mandates.
&##The number of
sales mandates
signed (clients selling property)
Managing and qualifying warm inbound leads
Organizing and updating the CRM (HubSpot) with client interactions (mostly WhatsApp and emails) and next steps
Sending service proposals and supporting documents
Collaborating with the founder and team to refine our commercial processes
✅ Strong skills in sales, ideally strong connexion with real estate investment.
French
English, and ideally Spanish as well
– Spanish is a strong plus, while French and English are mandatory.
Comfortable using HubSpot and WhatsApp.
